We currently ship within the United States only.
The short version
Standard shipping is a flat $4.99, and Express is $9.99. Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse network, typically within 1 business day. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days (Express in about 2), and you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, reach out through the contact page and we'll chase it down.
We don't currently ship internationally. If you're outside the US and want SoCalm, tell us, it helps us decide where to ship next.
