Every order — every tier, including the 12-Week Course — is covered by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase within 90 days of delivery, contact us and we'll refund you. No hoops, no return shipping required for opened product.
How to claim
- Message us through the contact page with your order number.
- Tell us briefly what didn't work — it genuinely helps us improve the formula and the education around it.
- We'll process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it straight away at no cost.
