What we collect
- Order details: name, shipping address, email, and what you bought, so we can fulfil your order and provide support.
- Email address: if you join our newsletter, so we can send it. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
- Site analytics: anonymised usage data via Shopify and our analytics tools, to understand how the site is used.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store: Shopify (our store platform), our payment processors, our fulfilment partner (to ship your order), and our email platform. We never sell your personal information.
Advertising and analytics partners
We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google for advertising and measurement. To show relevant ads and understand which ads lead to purchases, we share certain activity, such as pages viewed, items added to cart and purchases, with these platforms through their advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. This can include hashed identifiers such as your email address. We never sell your personal information. You can limit this: on Facebook through your Off-Facebook Activity settings, on Google through your Ads settings, and in most browsers by blocking or clearing cookies.
